Originally from Bangalore, India, Mr. Farukhi is a California based CPA member and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Costs & Works Accountants of India, and the Karnataka Bar Association. His leadership extends to various corporate boards in both profit and non-profit sectors, and his community involvement includes serving as Chef-de-Mission for Pakistan, Burma, and Bangladesh during the 1984 US Olympic Committee. Currently residing in Southern California with his family, Mr. Farukhi dedicates significant time to mentoring emerging entrepreneurs across various industries, including healthcare, technology, real estate development, professional services, and both traditional and e-commerce businesses.M. M. Fareed Farukhi, CPA, is the Managing Partner of the firm. Fareed received his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from California State University Los Angeles. He has over 40 years of expertise in tax, business consulting, and M&A providing clients with strategic guidance on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and tax structures. He leads the firm’s advisory practice encompassing high-net-worth individuals, corporations, trusts and foundations. Fareed has held numerous leadership positions serving on corporate boards and non-profits. He was the Commissioner of The Orange County Human Relations Commission 4th District, and the Chairman of the New Horizon School System, board member of Vibrant Minds Charter Academy and former executive member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE).His commitment to social justice issues and civic engagement is exemplified through his active involvement in addressing homelessness, immigration, cultural diversity, education, and interfaith dialogues and bridge building across Orange County and Los Angeles communities.
